Conference meals

Lunch will not be provided for speakers during the Conference. However, we will offer arranged menu options. Please see below for arranged menu options:

You can book a place for lunch on 6th and 7th May at the hotel, option 1, by sending an email to materialtraces2015@gmail.com , or by signing up on the list at Registration Desk.

Arranged menu options 2 and 3 cannot be pre-booked.

Organised meals

There will be the following meals organised by the Committee:

Conference Dinner I (6th May): we will go to Restaurante Mariano to have traditional Spanish food ( menu ) for 33 Euros. Please make sure to select this option when registering if you wish to attend Conference Dinner I.
Conference Dinner II (7th May): Cocktail at Kaleido Restaurant .
This cocktail is included in the Conference fee. Please make sure to select this option when registering if you wish to attend Conference Dinner II.
Wine & Tapas (08th May): After the closing remarks, we will have a Wine & Tapas at the Room Mate Larios Hotel for 30 Euros ( menu ) . Please make sure to select this option when registering if you wish to stay for Wine & Tapas with us.

Tours

On Friday you can join us for one of these two events:

Malaga City Walking Tour
A guided visit in English to see the city centre. This activity is free.
“Andalucía Romántica” (Romantic Andalusia)
A guided visit in English to three of the museums in Málaga (Carmen Thyssen, Wine Museum and Museum of Popular Arts ) aiming to explore the nineteenth century in a multisensorial way. It costs 12,50 Euros to be paid in cash at the Conference registration desk.

Please make sure to show your intention to come to one of the events when registering if you wish to take part in one of the activities mentioned above.
